SUMMARY: Seeking ambitious individuals that would like an opportunity to get hands on training to learn the roofing industry and grow within our company. Our Roofers install single-ply membranes on commercial roof structures. This position is a great opportunity to learn the roofing business and move into one of our many leadership positions.
DUTIES: Loading and unloading roofing materials, tearing off old roofs, using heat welder, and working in inclement weather. Involves heavy lifting, as well as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 100 lbs. Ability to work around glue odors, tar and gravel dust. Must be dependable, able to work quickly and efficiently, and work well as a team member. Both local and out-of-state travel required. Early and/or late hours may also be required.
EXPERIENCE: Seeking both entry level and experienced roofers.
SALARY: Commensurate with experience.

SUMMARY: Responsible for providing leadership to crewmembers and on-site supervision while insuring adherence to all safety guidelines and company policies. Will also provide ongoing training, insure materials and equipment for jobs are available and at jobsite when required, and follow jobs through from beginning to end.
DUTIES: Work with crew on roof, providing both technical expertise and direction while ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner. Communicate with general/owner and handle any problems that arise on the project. Provide ongoing training to employees while promoting a positive environment. Maintain all equipment and material used on job and track inventory.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be a team player, self-motivated, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to travel and have a valid driver's license.
EXPERIENCE: Must have 2+ years single-ply experience with ability to run crew.
